Kids Club Accounts (ages 10 and younger)
Just for our young members, the Kids Club can help teach the value of savings regularly. A newsletter and various fun
activities are sponsored by the Club. Accounts may be opened for all your
eligible young relatives as long as they have their own Social Security
Number.
The Y.E.S. Club (ages 11 to 14)
Not everyone can handle a primary checking account. To help our
younger members (11 to 14 years of age) learn the basics of money
management, your credit union offers joint-ownership draft/checking
accounts for Y.E.S. Club members. To be eligible for the Y.E.S. Club,
Minnesota Valley members must be 11 to 14 years of age and have an active primary
share account in their own name. Y.E.S. Club members receive a free box of
50 wallet duplicate starter checks.
