eStatements
Minnesota Valley offers the safety and convenience of replacing your
paper statement with an eStatement. Sign up to receive your monthly or
quarterly statement delivered to you electronically at the beginning of
the month. Your eStatements will be stored in the Vault at MyKeptData.com.
You no longer have to keep your statements at home and accumulate
lots of paper. This is safer than your paper statement sitting in
your mailbox, where it's possible someone could take it and steal your identity.
An electronic version of your paper statements is securely stored for up to

Enroll for eStatements Today

Access eStatements by visiting MyKeptData.com's
the Vault and click the Create New
account link on the right hand side of the page.

Complete the information
regarding your account and click submit. The password you choose
to access the Vault needs to have between 6 and 20 characters.

Once your account is authorized by Minnesota Valley, you will
receive a confirmation email from MyKeptData.com to access the Vault where
your eStatement is stored.

The first time you sign-in to the Vault to access your eStatements, you need to agree to the disclosure information.
Statements are added at the beginning of each month. Statements
prior to your enrollment in eStatements will not be available through the
Vault.
